NSBA has secured a limited block of sleeping rooms at The Darcy Hotel (1515 Rhode Island Ave NW, Washington, DC 20005) at a discounted rate of $209.00 per night (plus applicable taxes, single or double occupancy). To receive this special rate, reservations must be made by Monday, August 18, 2025. Please note: Room availability is limited and only available to registered event participants. Reservations must be made through NSBA to access the discounted rate. Once your event registration is confirmed, you will receive a separate email from the hotel with instructions to finalize your hotel reservation and payment. Discounted rates are available on a first-come, first-served basis and may increase once the room block is filled. Rooms are NOT automatically confirmed through this form – you MUST respond to the email from the Hotel to confirm your reservation. *Please note: the Washington Presentation events will NOT be held at The Darcy Hotel, rather at the Homebuilder’s Association Building just a block away from the hotel.
